How Your Order Ships
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT -5) will begin processing the same day. After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know we've received your purchase and have started preparing your items. This preparation typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday).
After we've prepared your items, they'll be dispatched from our facility, and you'll receive another email with tracking details so you can monitor your package's journey.
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
Taking everything into account, your items should arrive within 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday) from when you placed your order.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
If Your Order Is Running Late
Should your package not arrive within the expected timeframe, there's no need to panic. We recommend waiting up to 2 extra business days and checking your tracking information for updates.
Please allow a total of 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out to us. If your order still hasn't shown up after this grace period, contact us at hello@isabellapatterson.com, and we'll look into it right away.
Canceling Your Order

Wrong or Damaged Items
On the rare occasion that your delivery arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, we apologize for the trouble. Please email hello@isabellapatterson.com with clear photographs documenting the problem. We'll assess the situation quickly and ensure you receive the proper, undamaged items.
