Refund Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
To initiate your return, reach out to our support team at hello@isabellapatterson.com. Make sure to provide your order number, available in either your confirmation email or the invoice that came with your package.
We'll review your request and, once approved, send you complete instructions for shipping your items back to us. Please note that we cannot process returns that arrive without prior authorization.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the issue stems from an error on our part—such as sending the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective piece. All returns need to be shipped to our Asian warehouse facility: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Keep in mind that customs-related delays are beyond our ability to control and won't qualify as grounds for a return. When returning bundled purchases, everything from that bundle must be sent back as a complete set—we don't accept partial returns from bundles.
When We Cover Shipping
If your delivery arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or doesn't match what you ordered (wrong color, size, or style), we'll take care of the return shipping expenses. Simply get in touch with our team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll take it from there.
Product Condition Requirements
Items being returned need to be in pristine, unused condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and liners intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that show any signs of wear, use, or damage.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Check your order immediately upon arrival. Should you discover any damage, defects, or discrepancies with what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right, and we'll cover the return shipping in these situations.
Need to Exchange Something?
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. After we process your return, you can place a fresh order for the item you'd prefer.
How Refunds Work
When your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. Once everything checks out, we'll issue your refund during that same period.
Depending on your bank or payment method, expect to see the refund in your account within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't received your funds, please email us at hello@isabellapatterson.com.
